Two standard ovens with porcelain interiors and a chrome rack in each support roasting, baking, or finishing large batches as the line stays active up top. Cast iron grates stand up to daily abuse and allow smooth pot movement across the surface.
Built with a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate, this restaurant range is engineered for durability and easy wipe-downs. Adjustable 6-inch legs help level the unit for safer, more consistent results shift after shift. Total output is 386,000 BTU (113 kW) to keep pace with peak periods.
