Purpose-built for griddle-centric production, the Imperial IR-G24-XB gas range delivers a 24-inch cooking surface in a space-saving footprint. Two 20,000 BTU burners heat the 3/4-inch polished steel plate for high-output griddling during breakfast, lunch, or late-night service.
Speed service and cleanup with a 3-inch grease trough that channels runoff into a removable grease can, plus a full-width crumb tray. A 3-1/2-inch landing ledge keeps plates or spatulas ready to go during breakfast rushes, burger service, or late-night grilling.
Stainless steel front, sides, and backguard present a professional look and wipe down quickly between turns. Level easily on uneven floors with 6-inch legs and adjustable feet to keep the cooking surface dialed in for consistent results.
