The Imperial Range IR-G24T-E-XB is a 24-inch electric griddle range with an open cabinet base, built for compact cooklines and high-throughput service. Thermostatic controls let chefs set and hold target heat for consistent results across breakfast, lunch, and short-order menus.
A 4-inch-wide grease trough and removable grease can speed cleanup and keep the cooking surface clear during peak periods. The open cabinet base provides at-the-ready storage for pans and smallwares to streamline workflow.
Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, kick plate, and landing ledge stand up to daily use and wipe down quickly. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet make it easy to level the unit for optimal drainage and a clean presentation on any line.
