The Imperial Range IR-G60 pro series gas restaurant range unites a full-width griddle with twin standard ovens to streamline busy service. Designed for high-throughput lines, this 60-inch unit consolidates searing, toasting, and baking in a single footprint. Chefs can stage breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus without shuffling equipment.
The 60-inch griddle uses a 3/4-inch polished steel plate to handle everything from pancakes and eggs to burgers and vegetables. A 3-inch grease trough, removable grease can, and crumb tray simplify cleanup and help keep the station clear during rushes. Manual controls provide straightforward, on-the-fly adjustments for changing volumes.
Two standard ovens with porcelain interiors support baking, roasting, and finishing, each supplied with a chrome rack for immediate use. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, and kick plate stand up to daily demand, while the 3-1/2-inch landing ledge and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet aid workflow and setup. At 170,000 BTU (50 kW) and certified NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star, this range fits rigorous commercial requirements.
