The Imperial Range IR-G72 is a pro series commercial gas range engineered to keep high-volume kitchens moving. A full 72" griddle paired with two standard ovens delivers 190,000 BTU of cooking power to handle breakfast rushes, busy lunch lines, and all-day service. Manual controls let chefs make quick, confident adjustments across the line.
Griddle eggs, pancakes, burgers, and sandwiches while baking or roasting below to consolidate stations and streamline workflow. Each oven includes one chrome rack for staging pans and managing multiple tickets. A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate present a clean, professional look that stands up to daily use.
Cleanup is fast with the 3" grease trough, removable grease can, and crumb tray that capture debris and drippings. Set the range in place on 6" legs with adjustable feet for easy leveling. NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certifications support compliance in regulated facilities.
