Cast iron slanted top grates hold heat and position product for attractive presentation, ideal for steaks, burgers, skewers, and grilled vegetables. Radiant heat beneath the grate supports quick recovery to keep tickets moving. Use it to sear proteins, finish par-cooked items, or batch grill menu staples.
Streamline cleanup with a full-width grease gutter and removable drip pan that simplify end-of-shift maintenance. A stainless steel front and sides and a 5 inch deep landing ledge support plating and staging right at the broiler. Level the unit with 4 inch legs and adjustable feet to align with adjacent equipment.
