The Imperial Range IRB-60 is a 60-inch gas countertop charbroiler engineered for busy lines. Ten radiant burners concentrate 150,000 BTU (44 kW) across the surface, accelerating recovery and keeping tickets moving. Cast iron slanted top grates retain heat for bold sear marks while channeling drippings away from food.
Streamline workflow with a full-width grease gutter and removable drip pan that make turnarounds between rushes quick. A 5-inch stainless landing ledge stages pans and plating, reducing steps for cooks and expeditors. Stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily cleaning.
