The Imperial Range IRSB-36 Pro Series salamander broiler delivers fast, focused heat for finishing, browning, melting, and broiling right on the line. Its 36-inch width and infra-red burner provide 35,000 BTU (10 kW) of radiant power to help chefs achieve even color and texture on steaks, seafood, casseroles, and gratins.
Control results by setting the rack to one of four locking positions, then finish dishes through the protective screen as you glaze, melt cheese, or crisp breadcrumb toppings to order. A durable metal control knob enables precise adjustments, while the stainless steel top, front, bottom, and sides streamline wipe-downs between rushes.
