Its 1/2 inch thick, polished steel plate promotes dependable heat retention, while thermostatic controls let operators set and maintain target temperatures for eggs, burgers, or vegetables.
Engineered for demanding shifts, the stainless steel front, sides, splash guard, and ledge stand up to heavy use and wipe down quickly. A 4 inch wide grease trough and removable grease can speed drainage and cleanup, keeping stations organized during peak periods.
