Product Description
This electric, countertop griddle is compatible with Wells Ventless hoods, enabling installation in a wider range of locations. Its 36" W x 24" D cooking surface and 1/2" thick, polished steel plate promote excellent heat retention and uniform searing across the plate. Thermostatic controls maintain set temperatures accurately and reach a 450° maximum for dependable performance from breakfast through dinner.
Service-friendly details streamline the line and keep cleanup efficient and orderly throughout service. A 4"W grease trough directs runoff into a removable grease can, while the stainless steel front, sides splash guard, and ledge contain splatter and provide a stable staging area. Sturdy 4" legs give counter clearance for wiping underneath, and cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE certifications support compliance in commercial environments.
