The Imperial Range ITG-36 gas countertop griddle accelerates service and boosts consistency across demanding shifts. Its 36-inch by 24-inch cooking surface with a 1-inch polished steel plate delivers steady heat for breakfast rushes, burger lines, and all-day menus. Set precise temps and hold them to keep tickets moving and plating on time.
Three griddle burners with thermostatic controls and continuous pilots provide responsive heat where you need it. Aeration baffles and a full-width rear flue promote uniform heating across zones, ideal for searing proteins on one side while finishing eggs or pancakes on the other. Operators can stage items efficiently to maintain workflow and presentation.
A 4-inch grease gutter channels runoff into a removable 1-gallon can with a weep hole to help prevent overflow during peak periods. Stainless steel front, sides, splash guard, and ledge simplify cleanup, while 4-inch stainless steel legs offer sturdy, sanitary clearance for routine maintenance.
