Engineered for high-volume lines, the Imperial Range ITG-72 gas countertop griddle streamlines batch cooking across a 72-inch by 24-inch surface. The 1-inch thick polished steel plate holds heat to keep ticket times on pace during rush periods.
Six griddle burners with thermostatic controls let you zone temperatures for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and seared proteins at the same time. With 180,000 BTU (53 kW) total output, aeration baffles and a full-width rear flue help deliver even coverage from edge to edge. A continuous pilot supports dependable startup throughout service.
Cleanup and workflow stay efficient with a 4-inch grease gutter that channels runoff to a removable 1-gallon can with a weep hole for level checks. Stainless steel front, sides, splash guard, and ledge simplify wipe-downs, while 4-inch stainless legs provide stable countertop placement.
