Product Description
The Electric Turbo-Flow Provection oven, double deck, measures 36"W x 39"D x 43"H and features an all stainless steel exterior in a silver finish. Inside, a full porcelain interior works with a 1/2 HP, 2-speed motor and two low watt density elements to drive the oven’s electric operation. A dedicated cool down feature is included, and the unit operates on 208-240v/60Hz/1-3ph.
For chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on workflow and presentation, the double deck configuration groups two decks vertically. The stainless steel, silver exterior and full porcelain interior present a unified, professional look, and the unit is UL, NSF, and CE listed. Built as an Electric Turbo-Flow Provection system, it centers on a 2-speed motor and low watt density elements.
