Four-position cast iron top grates let you position product for hard sears or gentler finishes across the cooking surface. Removable cast iron radiant covers and a full-width grease gutter with a stainless steel drip pan streamline cleanup to keep your workflow moving between rushes.
Die-cast metal front control knobs and stainless steel front, sides, stub back, landing ledge, and cabinet stand up to daily use.
