Streamline dishroom operations with the InSinkErator AS101K-6 AquaSaver control center AS-101. It senses waste loads and meters only the water necessary for efficient disposer operation, helping kitchens manage water use without compromising performance. Ideal for high-turnover prep sinks and pot-washing stations.
This disposer control panel lets operators start or stop the disposer from the panel and rely on automatic reverse to reduce stalls and maintain throughput. The NEMA 4 stainless steel enclosure provides robust protection for reliable service.
Standardize across facilities with compatibility for SS-50 to SS-200 disposers and electrical flexibility at 208–240V, 50/60 Hz, single-phase. The AS101K-6 also replaces AS101K-2, making upgrades straightforward during remodels or controller changeouts.
