The InSinkErator AS101K-7 AquaSaver control center streamlines commercial waste handling by sensing waste loads and delivering only the water necessary for efficient operation. Built as a disposer control panel for busy foodservice environments, it helps maintain throughput while supporting resource-conscious workflows.
Operators can start or stop the system with push-button simplicity, while automatic reverse helps clear jams to keep service on schedule. A NEMA 4 stainless steel enclosure provides a robust, sealed housing for dependable performance in dishrooms and prep areas.
Compatible with InSinkErator SS-50 to SS-1000 disposers, this control center integrates smoothly into restaurant, institutional, and facility kitchens. It runs on 208–240V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase power and is cULus listed. It replaces the AS101K-3 to support an updated control solution across a broad disposer range.
