Drive faster cleanup in busy kitchens with the InSinkErator SS-100-12A-AS101 garbage disposal package. The SS-100 complete disposer pairs a 12 inch diameter bowl with a 6-5/8 inch inlet to accept steady waste streams from prep, pot-wash, or dish tables.
A 1 HP motor powers efficient food waste reduction, while the removable splash baffle and reversible bowl cover help contain spray and fit your station layout. Durable stainless steel construction supports daily commercial use across shifts.
The programmable AquaSaver control center AS-101 helps manage water use with automatic water saving, auto reversing, timed run, and post flush functions. Included syphon breaker, two solenoid valves, and two flow control valves provide the required water control components for a complete package.
