The 15" diameter bowl and 6-5/8" inlet create a broad target for pre-rinse scrapings, sheet pans, and mixing bowls. A removable splash baffle and reversible bowl cover help control spray and adapt the opening to your workflow.
The included CC-202 control center delivers straightforward operation with auto reversing to alternate grinding direction. A syphon breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control valve integrate water delivery so your staff can load, grind, and move on in busy restaurant, cafeteria, or hotel settings.
