Product Description
Streamline back-of-house waste handling with the InSinkErator SS-100-15B-AS101, an SS-100 Complete Disposer Package built for busy commercial kitchens. Its 1 HP motor, 15-inch diameter bowl, and 6-5/8-inch inlet move food waste quickly while the stainless steel construction stands up to daily use.
The programmable AquaSaver control center AS-101 optimizes water usage with an automatic water-saving function, and drives consistent performance with auto reversing, timed run, and post flush cycles. Deploy it at prep sinks, pot-wash stations, or dish rooms to keep staff focused on cooking and service.
A sleeve guard and splash baffle help contain debris and splashing at the bowl. Included plumbing components—syphon breaker, two solenoid valves, and two flow control valves—simplify installation and standardize operation across multiple stations.
