The InSinkErator SS-100-7-CC101 commercial disposer package streamlines food waste handling at the sink. A 6-5/8 inch inlet and #7 collar adaptor integrate cleanly with common sink openings, helping keep prep and dish areas clear and productive.
Powered by a 1 HP motor and stainless steel construction, this unit tackles daily grinding tasks while standing up to busy service. The programmable CC-101 control center enables auto-reversing, timed run, and post-flush functions to reduce jams, manage cycles, and rinse the chamber between batches.
Operators can outfit prep, pot, or dish sinks with included syphon breaker, solenoid valve, flow control valve, removable splash baffle, and a stainless steel sink stopper.
