A programmable CC-101 control center manages auto-reversing, timed run, and post-flush cycles to clear jams, maintain grind performance, and aid sanitation. Integrated water components—including a syphon breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control valve—deliver steady rinse flow for efficient garbage disposal.
