The generous 18-inch bowl and 6-5/8-inch inlet accelerate throughput at busy scraping stations and pot sinks. A sleeve guard and splash baffle help contain debris and spray to support a cleaner, safer workspace. Operators load, rinse, and return to the line without bottlenecks.
The programmable CC-101 control center adds auto reversing, timed run, and post flush cycles that help clear the chamber, mitigate jams, and improve sanitation. Included syphon breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control valve simplify water management during installation. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, healthcare, and campus dining facilities.
