Engineered for high-volume waste management, the InSinkErator SS-200-18A-CC101 commercial garbage disposal streamlines dishroom workflow. A stainless steel build and a 2 HP motor support demanding, day-to-day service in busy kitchens.
An 18-inch diameter bowl with a 6-5/8-inch inlet steadily accepts prep scraps and plate waste. The removable splash baffle and reversible bowl cover help contain splashes and allow quick access for cleaning and maintenance.
The CC-101 programmable control center provides auto reversing, timed run, and post flush sequences to manage grinding cycles and rinse-down. A syphon breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control valve integrate water service. An adjustable leg kit helps fit the unit to your site and streamline installation.
