Equip busy prep and dish areas with the InSinkErator SS-200-18B-AS101, a 2 HP SS-200 complete disposer package that streamlines waste handling. The 18 inch bowl and 6-5/8 inch inlet support high-throughput scraping at pot, prep, and warewashing sinks.
The programmable AquaSaver Control Center AS-101 helps conserve water with automatic water-saving function, timed run, and post flush. Auto reversing maintains consistent grinding performance during peak service.
Stainless steel construction and the included sleeve guard and splash baffle add durability and splash protection. With a syphon breaker, two solenoid valves, two flow control valves, and an adjustable leg kit, this commercial garbage disposal installs as a complete solution for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
