The InSinkErator SS-200-5-AS101 delivers dependable food waste processing for busy kitchens. This complete sink-mount package pairs a rugged 2 HP motor with stainless steel construction to keep prep sinks, pot sinks, and dish rooms moving during peak service. The programmable AquaSaver Control Center AS-101 helps trim water use without sacrificing performance.
Streamline cleanup as staff scrape plates and rinse pans directly into the commercial garbage disposal. Auto-reverse reduces jams, while timed run and post-flush functions clear the chamber and piping for consistent throughput. The automatic water saving function supports sustainability goals and reduces utility impact during daily operations.
Installation is simplified with a #5 adaptor that fits 3.5" to 4" sink openings. The package includes a syphon breaker, two solenoid valves, two flow control valves, and an adjustable leg kit to aid alignment and setup.
