The InSinkErator SS-200-6-CC101 is a complete commercial food waste disposer package designed to keep busy dish rooms and prep areas moving. A 6-5/8 inch inlet with a #6 collar adaptor supports trough installation, directing scrap flow efficiently along the line. Its 2 HP drive and stainless steel build deliver consistent performance shift after shift.
The programmable CC-101 control center automates key functions—auto reversing, timed run, and post flush—to help reduce jams, clear chambers, and maintain sanitation. Chefs and operators can process plate waste, vegetable trimmings, and prep scraps without bottlenecks or manual intervention.
Delivered as a ready-to-integrate package, it includes a syphon breaker, solenoid valve, flow control valve, and an adjustable leg kit for accurate leveling and streamlined setup.
