The InSinkErator SS-200-7-CC101 Complete Disposer Package is a sink-mount commercial garbage disposal built for high-volume kitchens. Its 2 HP motor and 6-5/8" diameter inlet process food waste quickly to keep prep and dish areas moving. Rugged stainless steel construction stands up to daily service.
The CC-101 programmable control center delivers auto reversing, timed run, and post flush functions to manage grinding cycles and rinsing. Operators can standardize operation across shifts and help reduce interruptions from jams.
A #7 collar adaptor supports sink or trough installation, giving you flexibility across stations. A syphon breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control valve are included for proper water service, while an adjustable leg kit aids alignment and stability. Ideal for prep sinks, pot-washing, and dishroom troughs in restaurants, hotels, and institutions.
