The InSinkErator SS-300-18A-CC202 disposer drives high-volume scrapping with a robust 3 HP motor and an 18-inch bowl paired to a 6-5/8-inch inlet. Deploy it at prep sinks, pot sinks, or dish rooms to speed waste handling and keep production moving during peak service.
Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, while the removable splash baffle and reversible bowl cover simplify cleaning and setup. Operators can quickly adapt the opening and maintain a tidy work area around the garbage disposal.
The included CC-202 control center streamlines operation, and auto-reversing action helps maintain performance under load. A syphon breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control valve are provided to integrate the unit with your water supply for consistent, controlled flushing.
