Engineered for high-volume foodservice, the InSinkErator SS-500-15A-AS101 commercial disposer drives fast, reliable waste reduction with a 5 HP motor. Its 15" diameter bowl and 6-5/8" inlet handle busy prep and dishroom loads, keeping sinks clear and service moving.
Built from stainless steel, the package is designed for durability and easy care. A removable splash baffle and reversible bowl cover streamline cleaning and setup, while the included syphon breaker, (2) solenoid valves, and (2) flow control valves support controlled water delivery.
The programmable AquaSaver® Control Center AS-101 adds water-saving technology with automatic water saving function, auto reversing, timed run, and post flush. Set cycles to match demand and maintain consistent garbage disposal operation across shifts.
