The InSinkErator SS-500-15B-AS101 SS-500 Complete Disposer Package delivers dependable food waste processing for high-volume kitchens. A rugged 5 HP motor teams with a 15 inch diameter bowl and 6-5/8 inch inlet, protected by a sleeve guard and splash baffle, to keep dishroom and prep areas moving.
The programmable AquaSaver Control Center AS-101 drives efficiency with water-saving technology. Automatic water saving, auto reversing, timed run, and post flush functions streamline operation, help maintain performance between loads, and support consistent results.
Built with stainless steel construction, the package includes a syphon breaker, two solenoid valves, and two flow control valves to manage water delivery and daily operation.
