Product Description
Tackle high-volume food waste with the InSinkErator SS-500-18B-MRS, a complete disposer package built for demanding commercial kitchens. This commercial garbage disposal features an 18-inch bowl and a 6-5/8-inch inlet to move scraps quickly at the sink. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use.
The 5 HP motor drives consistent grinding to keep prep and dish room workflows moving. A sleeve guard and splash baffle help contain debris at the inlet for cleaner, safer operation.
For installation and control convenience, the package includes a syphon breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control valve. A manual reverse switch lets operators back out obstructions when needed, supporting uptime in cafeterias, hospitals, and large-volume restaurants.
