Power through high-volume scrapping with the InSinkErator SS-500-6-AS101, a 5 HP commercial garbage disposal built for demanding foodservice operations. This complete disposer package streamlines dishroom workflow from prep sinks to tray-return lines.
The trough mount system features a 6-5/8" diameter inlet and #6 collar adaptor, integrating smoothly into dishroom troughs for continuous loading. Stainless steel construction delivers lasting performance in harsh, wet environments and daily use.
The programmable AquaSaver Control Center AS-101 enhances efficiency with automatic water-saving function, auto-reversing, timed run, and post-flush. A syphon breaker, dual solenoid valves, and dual flow control valves are included to manage water supply and rinsing for consistent results.
