The Jackson DELTA HT-E-SEER-S underbar dish/glasswasher streamlines high-volume bar and service operations. With a door-type design, high-temperature sanitizing, and a built-in booster featuring the Sani-Sure final rinse system, it delivers consistent, compliant results. Tackle rushes with throughput of approximately 20 racks or 720 glasses per hour.
The steam elimination and energy recovery system (SEER) captures hot vapor to preheat incoming rinse water, reducing steam at the bar and improving ergonomics. This design supports installation on a single cold-water connection to save energy and simplify utility planning. It is ENERGY STAR certified and cETLus/ETL-Sanitation listed.
Operators gain intuitive control via the digital LED control panel and universal timer, while auto-fill and push-button start speed training. Built-in dispensing pumps with priming switches, a delime cycle, pressure regulator, and automatic pumped drain help maintain performance across shifts.
