Adjustable conveyor speed and a high-temperature sanitizing rinse process approximately 287 racks per hour to keep wares moving. Ideal for high-volume kitchens, cafeterias, and institutional operations that value predictable throughput.
Streamline cleanup with a two-tank design (wash/power rinse) paired with a 36" recirculating prewash that reduces soil before final rinse. A 25" clearance through the machine accommodates tall wares.
Built with stainless steel and steam coil tank heat, the AJ-100CS is engineered for intensive, daily use. 8" vent cowls/splash shield and a vent fan control help manage heat and moisture in the dishroom. cETLus and NSF listings support code compliance and food safety programs.
