Product Description
Streamline high-volume warewashing with the Jackson AJ-86CE conveyor dishwasher. Its high temperature sanitizing rinse handles approximately 287 racks per hour, while the adjustable conveyor speed lets you match output to staffing and rack make-up to prevent bottlenecks.
A two-tank system (wash/power rinse) paired with a 22" recirculating prewash knocks down heavy soil before sanitizing to maintain results. With 25" high clearance through the machine, the AJ-86CE accommodates sheet pans, trays, and tall mixing bowls common in banquet, healthcare, and K-12 operations.
Durable stainless steel construction and electric tank heat support consistent performance and stable temperatures. 8" vent cowls with splash shield plus a vent fan control help manage steam in the dishroom. cETLus and NSF listings align with safety and sanitation expectations for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers.
