Boost dishroom throughput with the Jackson Conserver XL-HH, a higher-hood, low-temperature door-type dishwasher engineered for demanding service. Its universal configuration installs straight-thru or in a corner to fit changing layouts and workflows. Auto-start operation and an electronic timer help crews load, run, and reset quickly between turns.
Process approximately 39 racks per hour while maintaining consistent results with a 1 HP wash pump. Three built-in chemical pumps with priming switches simplify sanitizing setup and changeovers. A built-in scrap accumulator and removable screen streamline cleanup and reduce manual intervention.
Constructed in stainless steel with 3-inch adjustable bullet feet, this machine stands up to daily use and levels easily on uneven floors.
