The Jackson DishStar ADA-SEER undercounter dishwasher streamlines high-volume cleaning in compact, ADA-compliant spaces. At just 24-1/4" W x 26-7/8" D x 29-3/4" H, it fits beneath lower counters without sacrificing throughput. Chefs and facility managers can maintain rapid turnarounds while preserving an ergonomic dish room layout.
A built-in booster with the Sani-Sure final rinse system delivers high-temperature sanitizing for confident results. Steam elimination and energy recovery help manage heat and moisture while reclaiming exhaust energy for efficient operation. Soft start protects ware and reduces shock to the system during busy service.
Designed for workflow, it processes approximately 24 racks or 600 dishes per hour with solid state controls and a digital LED temperature display. Push-button start, auto-fill, and built-in dispensing pumps with automatic prime simplify training and reduce steps. Automatic pumped drain, pressure regulator, delime cycle, and included peg and combination racks support reliable, day-to-day performance.
