This high temperature sanitizing unit pairs steam elimination with Energy Recovery to drive efficiency in tight dishrooms. At just 24-1/4 inches wide, it slots neatly under counters while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Keep service moving with approximately 20 racks per hour while using only 0.65 gallons of water per rack. A built-in booster heater with Sani-Sure final rinse system supports proper sanitization, and built-in chemical pumps with priming switches streamline setup. Auto fill and an integrated pressure regulator help maintain steady operation throughout busy rushes.
Operators gain intuitive control from the digital LED panel and universal timer, while a dedicated delime cycle simplifies routine maintenance. The double wall stainless steel cabinet and 1 HP stainless steel wash pump provide durability for daily use in cafés, bars, prep stations, and satellite kitchens.
