Product Description
Engineered for busy dishrooms, this ventless door type dishwasher streamlines throughput while protecting ware quality. The tall chamber with 27-inch clearance pairs with a triple wash arm system to cover mixed loads and taller wares. A built-in booster heater delivers a 40–70°F rise to support high-temperature sanitizing.
Dial in performance with Econo or Turbo rinse modes and three timed cycles, all managed through a bright digital LED display. Sani-Sure final rinse, pumped rinse, and a 2 hp stainless steel wash pump motor drive consistent, repeatable results service after service.
Accelerate changeovers with automatic tank fill, a dedicated delime cycle, and onboard service diagnostics that simplify maintenance. The universal straight‑thru/corner configuration and ventless energy recovery with vent fan control help the machine adapt to varied layouts without disrupting workflow. A stainless steel exterior stands up to daily commercial use.
