Engineered for busy kitchens, the Jackson TEMPSTAR FL accelerates warewashing with high-temperature sanitizing and a built-in 70°F-rise booster. It turns out approximately 63 racks per hour while using just 0.89 gallons per rack to help control utility costs. Sani-Sure monitoring supports consistent rinse temperatures and results.
This front-loading door type dishwasher streamlines workflow with top-mounted controls, four timed cycles, and automatic tank fill. A 15-5/8" vertical chamber clearance accommodates taller wares and trays to reduce bottlenecks during peak service. Delime mode simplifies routine maintenance.
Built for durability, it features a 1 hp stainless steel wash pump motor, a stainless steel exterior, and a large scrap basket to capture debris. Vent fan control helps manage moisture, while adjustable bullet feet with rear flanged feet aid stable installation.
