This high temperature, front-loading machine pairs energy recovery with a built-in 70°F rise booster to deliver consistent results service after service. Process approximately 41 racks per hour while using just 0.89 gallons per rack to help control utility costs in busy operations.
Streamline workflow with 15-5/8" vertical chamber clearance that accommodates taller wares and efficient rack turns. Four timed cycles, a delime mode, and Sani-Sure help maintain performance, while top mounted controls keep operation simple for staff. A durable stainless steel exterior, 1 hp stainless steel wash pump, and large scrap basket support reliable back-of-house throughput for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers.
