Infinite manual controls let chefs dial in output as menu needs change throughout service. Built-in grease channels direct drippings away from the cook zone to streamline workflow and speed between-order cleanup.
Stainless steel sides, front, and plate shelf support staging and plating at the pass. Adjustable legs simplify leveling on uneven counters, making this a strong fit for burger stations, steak features, and high-volume cafeteria or catering operations.
