With 90,000 BTU on tap, it handles high-volume cooking without slowing the line.
Pilot tips and a spark igniter streamline startup and reignition during service. A 3-inch stainless steel side and rear splash helps contain grease and protect adjacent equipment, and the included legs raise the unit for sanitation clearance.
