The Jade Range JMBR-LB36 Titan solid fuel broiler brings live-fire performance to demanding commercial lines. Its 36-inch, modular footprint slots neatly into mixed suites, helping chefs sear, roast, and finish with confident heat and a clean presentation. A stainless steel exterior and steel interior box are built to withstand daily, high-volume service.
Steel bar grates deliver defined grill marks and steady contact heat, while a 2-inch hi-temp refractory liner concentrates and retains heat for fast recovery between turns. Use it to fire steaks, chops, skewers, or vegetables during dinner rushes, or to finish par-cooked proteins with a signature crust. Included tools—a copper brush plus wood poker and shovel—streamline fuel management and end-of-shift cleanup.
