This John Boos ST4-30108GSK 108" stainless steel work table provides a heavy-duty prep surface with reinforced edges for high-volume kitchen use.
Built with a 14-gauge, type 300 stainless steel flat top, this work table is sound-deadened and reinforced with a full-length 1" x 2" channel to handle demanding prep tasks. The Stallion Safety Edge on the front and back adds rigidity, while 90° turndown sides allow clean alignment with adjacent tables or equipment.
The galvanized base includes adjustable legs and an adjustable undershelf for added storage and stability. Stainless steel bullet feet allow precise leveling on uneven floors. Shipped knocked down for easier transport and assembly, this table is NSF and CSA-Sanitation certified for commercial foodservice environments.
