Built for demanding service, the unit features 26 gauge embossed galvalume interior and exterior panels and a rugged .100" smooth aluminum Era floor that cleans quickly between shifts. Standard door hardware includes a deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded, field adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer to secure the cold chain. A 2" dial thermometer and interior light switch support fast checks and efficient pulls during peak periods.
From prep to service, operators can stage produce, dairy, and proteins with confidence while keeping aisles clear and staff moving. NSF, cUL, and UL listings support code compliance across a range of facilities and project specs.
