The 26-gauge embossed galvalume interior and exterior withstand daily wear, while a 0.100" smooth aluminum Era floor supports carts and heavy traffic. Standard door hardware—deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded field adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer—helps maintain temperature consistency. A 2" dial thermometer and interior light switch provide quick visibility during prep and inventory pulls.
