Its nominal 9' 8" x 5' 10" footprint and 8' 6.25" height fit a range of back-of-house layouts.
Built for daily volume, the unit features 26-gauge embossed galvalume interior and exterior panels and an Era floor with a .100" smooth aluminum surface for dependable durability and easy cleaning. Standard door hardware includes a deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded, field-adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer to ensure secure, reliable closure. A 2-inch dial thermometer and interior light switch make at-a-glance monitoring and visibility simple.
Stage bulk proteins, hold frozen desserts, or buffer service with backup inventory while preserving aisle flow.
