Built for daily traffic, the box uses 26-gauge embossed galvalume interior and exterior panels and a smooth aluminum Era floor that stands up to carts and racks. Standard door hardware—deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded, field-adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer—helps maintain a reliable seal and quick access. A 2" dial thermometer and light switch make monitoring and operation simple for busy crews.
Use it as a central cold room for prep lines, banquets, or commissary workflows to keep ingredients organized and within reach.
