This floorless, medium-temperature box maintains approximately +35°F and arrives with a pre-charged remote system rated for indoor or outdoor installation to fit your facility’s layout. Streamline workflow while protecting ingredients, prep, and plated trays during peak service.
Built for daily back-of-house demands, it features 26 gauge embossed galvalume interior and exterior panels that stand up to busy kitchens. The standard door package speeds access and helps hold temperature with a deadbolting locking handle, two spring-loaded field-adjustable hinges, and a hydraulic closer. A 2" dial thermometer and light switch make monitoring and operation simple.
Move carts in and out smoothly thanks to the floorless design with 4" vinyl/foam screeds, ideal for bulk deliveries and high-throughput production. Use it to stage produce, proteins, and prepared components so chefs, buyers, and facility managers can coordinate inventory and service with confidence.
